Rocket.Chat version 6.5 released

Rocket.Chat has released end of 2023 version 6.5, bringing along a new Starter plan. This new option allows workspaces with up to 25 users to enjoy most of Rocket.Chat's premium features, free of cost forever. The plan is free forever or until the workspace reaches more than 25 users.

The plan includes:

  • Up to 25 users
  • Up to 100 monthly active contacts (omnichannel’s MAC)
  • Nearly all premium capabilities, including read receipts and multiple queues
  • Unlimited push notifications, Unlimited apps
  • All channels, including WhatsApp (omnichannel)
  • Full Matrix federation
  • Advanced user data sync

AI technologies Integration

With Rocket.chat, customers can leverage A.I. technologies through their own LLM, ensuring complete data sovereignty and compliance.

Customer Story: Secure and compliant digital collaboration in City of Cologne

city-cologne.png

Cologne it is the largest city in the western part of Germany and the fourth largest city in the country with over 1 million inhabitants. Using Rocket.Chat has helped city administrators replace email as the primary communication channel to keep up with an on-the-go collaboration since a mix of employees is working cross-country or often from home. The City of Cologne is now able to securely collaborate with vendors, partners, and contractors who have an email domain outside of the organization, and connect across agencies while maintaining separate servers and data ownership. To find more about the City of Cologne case, read the full story (PDF), or visit Rocket.Chat customer page for more success stories.
