It's election time again at OW2. Candidate registration for the election of OW2’s board and chairperson will be open until February 14. This year’s General Assembly will be held online on March 21st. Stay tuned for information on how to participate. OW2 is a non-profit, open community driven by its members! Come have your say in OW2's governance.
In recent weeks, the OW2 Management Office has been busy with the launch of three new collaborative projects: DECODER, FASTEN and ReachOut. Visit their websites and follow their tweeter feeds. We are also working on the European Commission’s call for projects ICT-15-2019-2020 on Cloud Computing.
I am pleased to announce that the OW2con’19 Call for Presentations is open. You have until March 17, 2019 to submit your talk; please do not leave it to the last minute! This month we are happy to welcome new corporate member CINI, a consortium of 41 Italian public universities who are joining OW2 to help promote the TOREADOR Lab project.

- ProActive: New release 8.4.0 (EarthBound) available, including features for job planner in automation dashboard and many others. More.
- Rocket.Chat: New release 0.74.0-rc.1 of RocketChat brings history log for all Importers and improves HipChat import performance. More.
- XWiki: XWiki 10.11.1 provides a bugfix release for the main issues discovered since last month. More.
- Bonita: Check out Bonita application platform new release 7.9.0.W03 now available. More.
- Sympa: Mailing List administrators, the recent 6.2.40 release is the newest patch release of Sympa 6.2. More.
- Hammr: The latest 3.8.10 release is out. It is compatible with UForge AppCenter 3.8-6 version. More.

OW2 was represented at FOSDEM with two project presentations, XWiki and LemonLDAP::NG, a Developer room coordinated by XWiki and a booth. More.

Collaborative Projects
STAMP testing suite includes DSpot 2.0 with a new Diff-Test-Selection module. Attend STAMP talk and workshop, Febr. 27 PM in Paris Station F start-up campus. Join the beta testing campaign. More.
ReachOut, "The Beta Testing Campaign Platform for Research Projects" is a three-year action aimed at helping projects develop and implement beta testing campaigns. More.
DECODER stands for DEveloper COmpanion for Documented and annotatEd code Reference. This three-year research project, involving seven partners will develop an advanced IDE. More.
FASTEN (Fine-Grained Analysis of Software Ecosystems as Networks) introduces a method-level tracking of dependencies on top of existing dependency management systems. More.
OW2 Community Notices
The next meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 31, from 9:30am to 12:30pm. The 2019 General Assembly will be held on Thursday March 31, from 4pm to 6pm. Connection details will be confirmed in the March newsletter and posted on the OW2 Governance page.

We would be happy to introduce STAMP innovative testing solutions to DeVoxx developers. We submitted a presention and are waiting for the final result, stay tuned!
Germany Roadshow, March-April 2019
We have the project to organize in cooperation with a German partner an OW2 roadshow in Germany to boost our activites in the region, to take place either in March or April. Stay tuned for more details or contact us.
OSCON O'Reilly Conference, July 15-18 , 2019, Portland
We will apply as usual for a booth in the non-profit pavilion at OSCON. All members are welcome to join, help run the booth and present their projects. Stay tuned.
