  • David A. Wheeler, 
    Institute for Defense Analyses


    David A. Wheeler is a member of the Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA) and an expert in evaluating and improving security practices for open-source software. Dr. Wheeler will present the Best Practices Badges Program he spearheaded at the Linux Foundation's CII collaboratve project to improve the quality and security of open-source software.
