Following topics were discussed:

* Himalaya program
We browsed the Himalaya presentation and updated it altogether.
The new draft is attached here.
I think it is ready for a new turn of discussion on the mailing list,
and a discussion during he next TC conf call before we send it to the
board.

* Discussion about the project lifecycle
While discussing the Himalaya Program, we had an interesting discussion
about middleware and OW2 projects caracteristics.
We had a consensus about : 
  - "Applications are end-user oriented, whereas Middleware is
computing engineers oriented."
  - Business demonstrators of OW2 projects can be accepted as OW2
projects.
We discussed criteria we will use to start splitting projects in
"incubating projects", "active projects" and "archive projects". 
During the meeting, we agreed that a first criteria is about project
activity. Considered at large, project activity is about development
activity, mailing list activity, project reuse or project download.
Opal team will provide us with the adequate statistics to start this
work :
 - Nb of commits per month during the last 12 months
 - Nb of messages on the mailing lists per month during the last 12
months
 - Nb of download per month during the last 12 months
The discussion is to be continued on the mialing list before the next TC
conf call.

* Planning a two days architecture meeting in Grenoble on 14th and 15th
of May to discuss technical vision, present new technologies and new
projects.
