The schedule and details of each session including abstracts of the presentations will be completed progressively.

1) Invited Keynote Speakers
Keynote Sessions at OW2con 2012 will gather both technology experts and institutional invited speakers.

2) OW2 Project Spotlight - See more
Technology presentations, including project demonstrations and feedback from end-users based on OW2 projects ;latest news on OW2 flagship projects and new projects presentations.

3) Big Data - See more
Big data is recognized today as a new IT trend. It requires exceptional technologies to efficiently process large quantities of data within tolerable elapsed times. Presentations in this track provide an overview of solutions proposed by OW2 technologies or external projects that help solve the problematic of large-scale data.

4) OW2 Use Cases and Success Stories - See more
Presentations based on real world use cases of OW2 components and platforms: Production of projects by end-users within OW2; Solutions by systems integrators deployed within OW2; Integration of OW2 projects in commercial offerings.

5) Joint Projects
Presentations given jointly by two or more project leaders working together. The aim is to highlight interactions between OW2 projects, or between OW2 and external projects and show how components are used simultaneously.

6) Open Source Cloud - See more
Technical- and business-oriented presentations focusing on open source cloud computing, proposed by members participating in the OW2 Open Source Cloudware Initiative (OSCi) or external technology experts.

7) Quality in open source: the SQuAT Initiative (Software Quality Assurance and Trustworthiness) - See more
The SQUaT (Software Quality Assurance and Trustworthiness ) initiative has been launched in 2010 by OW2 in order to improve the perceived quality of the code which is downloaded from OW2. Presentations in this track will focus on the tools proposed to help projects produce reports on the quality of the code and/or first results and milestones of the SQUaT initiative.

8) Round Table on Open Cloud - See more
This round table will discuss the future of the open source cloud computing. It will include recognized experts from academia and industry who are actively working in cloud computing.
