About dotScale:
dotScale, the most technical conference on scalability, DevOps and distributed systems in Europe is back for its second edition on May 19th in Paris. The goal of that conference is to help developers to understand the technical choices behind the tools and platforms their using, in order to design their own applications and make them scalable.

dotScale is part of the dotConferences series of events that share the same formula:

  • Glamorous venues in the very heart of Paris: dotScale will take place in the Théâtre de Paris
  • Focus on technical topics only
  • Affordable tickets
  • Best speakers in their fields on stage
Sixteen speakers selected among the world's best software developers will give their talk in a single-track format inspired by TED conferences. Among them, Paul Mockapetris, inventor in 1983 of the Domain Name System (DNS), Matthew Ahrens (ZFS, OpenZFS), Thomas S. Hatch (SaltStack), Mitchell Hashimoto (Vagrant, Packer, Serf), Jeff Lindsay (Dokku, Flynn) or Faidon Liambotis (Wikimedia).

This conference entirely in English will gather more than 700 developers, devOps, sysadmins and hackers from all over Europe in a single place, for a single day. On the weekend before the conference, free open-to-all workshops will be organized by the conference partners.

Regular tickets are on sale.
