About the Plugfest:
The purpose of the Cloud Plugfest is for vendors to bring their implementations of CDMI and OCCI to test, identify, and fix bugs in a collaborative setting with the goal of providing a forum in which companies can develop interoperable products.

The SNIA provides and supports networks and infrastructure for the Plugfest, creating a collaborative framework for testing. The participants of the Plugfest work together in advance to define the testing process, assuring that objectives are accomplished. Besides the opportunity for testing the Cloud Plugfest offers participants a chance to work with and gain in-depth knowledge from the experts developing the CDMI and OCCI specifications, including support from other developers. The February plugfest will be hosted in Dusseldorf, Germany. Other locations being coordinated for this plugfest include Tyson’s Corner, Virginia US and Taipei, Taiwan. About OW2/ CompatibleOne presence:
The CompatibleOne project will participate to test its open source cloud broker and validate the interoperability mechanisms of the project and to create close technology relationships with OCCI and CDMI contributors.
