Project overview

SpagoBI is the Open Source Business Intelligence suite for the development of integrated and flexible solutions at the enterprise level.
Thanks to its wide offering of analytical tools and to its new and intuitive user interface, SpagoBI supports day-to-day and strategic business, both at the decision-making and operational level.

SpagoBI suite includes not only usual reporting and charting tools, but also unique and innovative solutions for new business intelligence domains, such as location intelligence, visual inquiring, collaboration, KPIs, interactive dashboards, real-time BI and mobile BI.

The whole range of BI capabilities is covered by several engines, supporting the development of complete Business Intelligence solutions that meet the users’ specific needs. Thanks to its modular approach and the adoption of open standards, it allows easy customization and the development of flexible user-friendly solutions.

SpagoBI is released as a single stable open source version. This eliminates any licensing costs, separating the right to use the software from the purchase of support services, avoiding both software and vendor lock-in. This also facilitates its adoption within Analytics, which fully exploit the potentials of the suite to meet the market requests.

Conceived and realized by the SpagoBI Competency Center of Engineering Group, one of the top 10 European IT companies, it is part of the software stack managed by OW2 Consortium.
