1) Large Projects, Large Teams: a practical approach Speaker : Diego Ribeiro/Elizier Santos, SERPRO (Brazil) Schedule : April 2, 11:00 - 11:30 Abstract : This talk will discuss how Serpro -- a development agency of the brazilian federal government -- developed an open source framework, that combined the best from the open source world, and how it was rolled out to nearly 3000 developers in more then 30 projects spread in 11 development centers through the country.
