Pending projects
elastic-grid project : 
- At last, the votes are in favor of project acceptance in the incubator
- We will tell the project :
	- They have to present the project to the next architecture meeting
	- They have to be aware that deployment technologies are available
through the FDF (Fractal deployment Framework), Jasmine and Proactive
projects and that deployment and component provisioning capabilities
are/are in the process of being integrated in several OW2 projects,
including Jonas, Joram, Petals.
	- They have to give more information about the roadmap

Process
All the projects are considered in the incubator but they can start
filling a form to be considered as a mature project.
Without any answer from the project-leader, we will ask the project
mailing list for sign of life. Without a new projet leader, we will move
the project to Archive.
Alexandre and Gaël work on a draft mail to be circulated on the mailing
list by next week.

Migration to Subversion
All project will be migrated from CVS to SVN. Send a specific email
about that.

Other points 
Possibility to publish technical articles in a Linux Magazine Brazil.
Proposals to be sent to Cédric Thomas and Alexandre Lefebvre.

No responses for JAVOXX CFP :
- Some from BULL sent yesterday
- Some from EBM WebSourcing to be sent today

Good news : We had the first TC meeting in English since a long time.
